SmartyParcel Tracking API services use 8 key statuses to auto-tag various delivery checkpoints when getting tracking information from the carrier.
SmartyParcel automatically tags status to each checkpoint when getting tracking information from the carrier. Users can choose to send out email notifications or SMS notifications when a specific status happens.

Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to sender or any shipping exceptions.

Carrier has received request from shipper and is about to pick up the shipment.
Packaging
PACKAGING
Carrier is preparing shipment to transit.
In transit
IN_TRANSIT
The shipment is on the way.
Available for pickup
AVAILABLE_FOR_PICKUP
The shipment arrived at a pickup point near you and is available for pickup.
Delivered
DELIVERED
The shipment was delivered successfully.
Expired
EXPIRED
Shipment has no tracking information for 30 days since added.
